What is Energy Entrainment?

All matter vibrates at a signature frequency or a set of frequencies. Energy entrainment occurs when an object with a strong vibration comes into effective proximity to another object with a weaker and different vibration. The weaker object may move out of its own vibration and join in like frequency with the stronger object. The weaker object "entrains" to the dominant vibration.

Example:  A fine crystal glass stemware may be sitting on a table vibrating away at the molecular level with no apparant affect. Along comes a singer that loudly tones a high vibration toward the glass. She carefully moves the pitch (frequency) of her voice slowly upward until she reaches a vibration that interacts with the cyrstal glass. She increases the intensity of her singing tone and the glass begins to move into a high vibration state in resonance with her voice. It vibrates wildly until it can no longer hold its molecular shape and the glass explodes into pieces.

The above example is based on science that has been proven for quite some time.   We now know that healing energy vibrations can be directed towards a person or an environment, entraining and vibrating cellular structures with healing energy and effectively shifting cells back into "resonance" with a healthy state.  Allopathic medicine is now beginning to acknowledge this.
